PROBLEM

A major problem financial firms face is the inability to react quickly to events due to the lengthy legal and compliance reviews that define the industry.

SOLUTION

To solve this problem, we looked ahead and wrote posts for all potential outcomes to future events and got them approved by L&C ahead of time. For example, when there was an earnings call scheduled, we wrote posts for positive, neutral, and negative outcomes — so when the event happened, we could post about it instantly.

RESULTS

This is relatively common practice now. But at the time, this strategy was a major leap forward in financial marketing. Results and honors include:
