Artisoft Labs
B2B Tech 🚀 Website
Reimagining a brand to break into new markets
Reinventing an established brand
PROBLEM
Artisoft Labs provides hardware and software technology for gas station and convenience store (c-store) operators, including pump and in-store POS and mobile apps for owners, customers, truckers, and distributors.
The company originated in Puerto Rico and focused on serving the Central American market, but sought to break into North America. The company also needed new messaging as they set their sights on a particular niche of the market: remote locations often overlooked by their larger competitors.
SOLUTION
To help accomplish these goals, I conducted several interviews with key stakeholders to get an in-depth understanding of the company’s vision for their new brand identity. The website I wrote and provided mock-up designs for focused on hammering home three central themes:
Guaranteed lower costs than the competition
Service to remote locations
No need to overhaul your entire operation
RESULTS
As a freelancer, I lack access to metrics on how this project affected the business (e.g., conversions.). However, this project serves as a showcase of my M.O. of providing high-quality writing with very little editing required. The copy and visuals for the majority of the company’s website reflect the first draft I submitted to the team.
Wireframing
In addition to a copy deck (Word document) version of the website copy, I also provided an in-depth mockup in Figma that provided visual guidance and rationales for each section of the homepage.
