PROBLEM
Following a round of intensive customer insight research based on client calls and surveys, we identified an interesting problem that no one else was talking about. One of our FAANG customers mentioned how a lack of storage redundancy “kept her up at night” worrying about what could happen to her digital assets if there was a major security breach with the storage provider.
SOLUTION
A rallying cry within the Orange Logic marketing team was to focus on features and benefits that no one else was offering — or would even be capable of offering without years of development. We wanted the rest of the industry to constantly be playing catch-up. As the only DAM provider able to offer customers their choice in storage provider and the ability to use multiple providers simultaneously, we created a campaign around it.
RESULTS
We were informed that several clients were put at ease knowing that they had the option. This capability remains a component of our pitch to prospects to illustrate how far ahead of the curve Orange Logic’s technology truly is.
