PROBLEM
Orange Logic was an established B2B SaaS firm with a steady clientele, but was looking to pursue rapid growth. Unfortunately, the company’s BDR team had to manually field every single information request from prospects because virtually no public-facing sales collateral existed.
SOLUTION
I sourced and managed a freelance graphic designer, who created InDesign templates for a variety of PDFs that would be useful to our client-facing teams, including product sell sheets, FAQs, case studies, and press releases. Meanwhile, I collaborated with the BDR team lead to create a list of sales collateral needs. Once templates were approved, our team rapidly created a library of the 20 most popular requests for the BDR and Custom Success teams to use moving forward.
RESULTS
The BDR and CS teams at Orange Logic were extremely grateful to have approved materials available. As a result of this program, these teams got valuable time back to spend on prospecting and working with clients.
